"Hi, I'm Nichola Jump, Beechwood Farm Day Nursery's Manager! I have worked here for 10 years. Initially I started out as an apprentice, working with all age groups. Once qualified I moved to a room leaders role in Red Hens where I ran the pre-school for 5 years!
During this time I studied at Chester University gaining a foundation degree

I am now nearing the end of my full degree and have enjoyed supporting children with their Food Education journey as part of this. In 2015 I stepped up to Deputy Manager and in just two years again to Nursery Manager! I love my job and I am hugely passionate about young children being given unforgettable learning experiences here on the farm everyday!"

I am trained in Numicon, Phonics and also in Makaton, which I use to enhance the children's communication."

"Hello, I'm Natalie and I am a qualified Early Years Practitioner with a passion for music and movement. I have three children, a daughter who is in college and twin boys who keep me on my toes. I enjoy giving the children in my care opportunities above and beyond. I run Farm Stars here at nursery which gets the children moving to different styles of music.

I have two children that attend the nursery with me! I love superheroes, reading stories, being on the farm and playing fun games to support speech and language.
